my family tree is full of nuts!

Let the madness commence!
Hi, my name is Niki Wardle, wife of David, mother of 5 year old twins David and Lydia and 11 month Juliet. Then a cat and dog thrown in for a good measure of mania!
In between the shouting, screaming, laughing, crying and every other sound that bounces round the walls of our home, i have occasionally come into contact with something called relaxation and peace, on these occasions, I follow my latest interest, and trust me, there's alot of them! From fishing to knitting, photography to painting I love trying new hobbies and as long as it's not active, I'm there! I also love trying new things, for instance, I've taken part in quite a few product testing campaigns for word of mouth network, BzzAgent, they send me a product that suits my  interests and I tell my friends and family what I think and report the reactions back to BzzAgent, I find it simple but great fun and it's brilliant to be in a position to influence brands. I've taken part in similar campaigns for the Insiders which is actually Dutch, I believe, but I'm lucky enough my computer auto translates to English which I'm sure makes it alot easier for me to read...
Another project that was great to be a part of was the Mother and Baby Awards. with the help of Juliet who was around 4 months at the time, we tested weaning products. From different ranges of baby food, spoons, bottles and blenders, she did most of the testing while I took her reaction into account as I reviewed it all and gave honest opinions as to which products deserved awards or not.

If there's any time left over, I Sometimes enter competitions,I only ever enter competitions with prizes I want to win. I hate the thought of being disappointed when the postman arrives with a parcel for me.  so far, thankfully I've been lucky and have won some wierd and wonderful prizes. My most unusual prize was £50 to spend on herbs and spices, and trust me, that is alot Of herbs! They've contributed a mass of tasty curries into our household for which the husband is entirely grateful! My biggest prize would be £250 of toys, which made David and Lydia extremely happy on Xmas day.... We've also enjoyed family days out too, amongst other prizes, all by entering competitions online, usually through Offeroasis and loquax. I tend to stick to the smaller prizes, I figure everyone wants to enter the comp for a luxury holiday so my chances are slim and considering I don't even own a passport, I may just stay in this country for now. Just be careful! Although a lot of comps are genuine, there will always be scams, I usually stay away from the competitions that make you watch alot of advertising, I have had many a reply saying I've won and just need to phone this premium rate number to arrange delivery from this sort of thing, so now I've learnt to recognise them and stay away, like the wise folks usually say, if it looks too good to be true, it usually is....
So there's a quick intro to me and mine, I hope we haven't scared you off! Next time, I'll introduce you to the wonderful world of freebies...xxx
